Following are the terms and conditions for use of our service, which is provided by Interim Executive Services and ATN Associates LLC (IES). If you do not agree with these terms, do not use this service.

  1. Payment is required to continue your service, and will be charged exactly as per the terms you chose when you signed up. If your card is declined, we will notify you. If you do not respond within 7 days of notification, your service will be suspended. You can upgrade your account at any time via your member area.
  2. To cancel your account, notify us via your member area or call us at 941-539-9623.
  3. You agree to provide accurate information about your qualifications and about opportunities available. Your service will be terminated if we discover that you are providing inaccurate information. To report violations, contact us immediately at 941-539-9623.
  4. You agree that you will not skim our database and spam or reach out to contacts for any reason except a legitimate, real-time, paid consulting, interim executive, employment, or coaching opportunity. You will only contact the members in this database with legitimate and real-time opportunities, not potential opportunities or offers to join other services or databases. Any violation of this agreement will result in termination of your service with no notice or refund, as well as legal action for damages. To report violations, contact us immediately at 941-539-9623.
  5. You understand that all information is provided by third parties who are not affiliated with Interim Executive Services or ATN Associates LLC (IES). It is up to you to do appropriate due diligence and negotiation with any parties you meet via this site, and to independently confirm the validity of any information posted as well as the integrity of the parties with whom you contract. You agree that you will not hold IES responsible or liable for any damages to you due to information posted by third parties. IES is in no way responsible for any breaches in contract between you and another party, including delays or delinquencies in payment or delivery of service. Nor are we responsible if you are unable to find suitable talent or an opportunity. You agree that you will not hold us liable for any reason during your use of this service or website.
  6. IES makes no claims about whether or not you will find opportunities or whether you will find talent to fill an opportunity. No refunds are provided.
  7. You are not authorized to use any content, logos, graphics, or other information about this site without express prior written permission.
  8. We may update these terms at any time, and notify you of any changes in terms that affect you.
